Ownership for Flank changed mid-February 2026. With that ownership change, management and staffing changed as well. Since June 2026, management (and some staffing) has changed once more. We ask that you please give us grace and are patient with us as we navigate these changes. Our newest change is our new (temporary) menu! As of July 14, 2026, our new menu is active. You will see some familiar items as well as some new! We will also be offering weekly specials and have brought back some of the homemade desserts that were known and loved by our patrons from the previous Flank days. We are actively working on updating our website and information found online/in social media. We do have a new Facebook page and post daily! We are open to any questions, concerns, feedback, and comments. We cannot fix things or grow if we are not aware! We thank you for your time, your business, and your patience!
